Belt Valley Bank is committed to the success of the people and businesses of our communities.  Like any business, our first concern is for the health and safety of our staff and customers. Following the governor’s recent announcements, we have decided to reopen our lobby. With this decision we are asking that the following guidelines be observed within the bank.  

  1. 1.  If you are fevered, feeling sick or have COVID 19 symptoms, please do not come into the bank.
    1. 2. Masks are required inside the Bank as per the County mandate, but that is subject to change.  Disposable masks are available in the foyer if needed.
  2.   3. No public restrooms are available in the Bank until further notice.
  3. 4. Please observe social distancing guidelines when in the bank.
  4.  5. Practice clean hygiene by washing your hands before and after being in the lobby.  Hand sanitizer is available in the foyer.  

Our drive through and phones will continue to be open during regular business hours Monday through Friday.  In addition, deposits, loan payments and other documents can be dropped into our night deposit safe after hours for processing the following business day.  All of our electronic services including Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Remote Deposit and BillPay can still be accessed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.  If you need any help accessing any of these electronic services, please don’t hesitate to call us.

We want to assure you your money is safe with Belt Valley Bank.  Your deposit accounts are federally insured up to $250,000 through the FDIC.  Our ability and commitment to be your financial partner through these challenging times remains unchanged.

We encourage those who may be having difficulty making timely loan payments due to the pandemic to contact your loan officer as soon as possible to discuss options.  Belt Valley Bank will do everything we can to help customers try and work through this, but communication with us is of the utmost importance.
